così mi sono fermato onde evitare danni..speriamo non sia nulla di grave.

di conseguenza fino a lunedi non prevedo di correre, poi si vedrà.
oggi intanto allenamento di bici indoor sui rulli.

Quando una cellula assume energia dall’ambiente che la circonda, tale energia si trova sotto forma di energia chimica contenuta nelle molecole di cibo (es. glucosio) o sotto forma di energia luminosa. Tali tipologie di energia devono essere convertite in forme che possano essere meglio utilizzate dalle cellule. Alcuni di questi processi di conversione avvengono nei mitocondri; la forma in cui generalmente viene convertita l’energia è l’ATP.
I mitocondri sono organuli complessi nei quali avviene la respirazione aerobica, un processo che richiede ossigeno e che consiste in una serie di reazioni che trasformano l’energia chimica presente nel Cibo in ATP. Gareth Pugh is simply brilliant. Once again demonstrates how a creative personality and exciting alternative. He made his debut a few days ago at Pitti Uomo with its collection by projecting a video of 10 'on the ceiling of the medieval church of Orsanmichele in the heart of Florence.



The collection has a very precise relationship with Italy, particularly Florence and its rich artistic and architectural beauties. For me it was very important, and I created a whole new and exciting works for Pitti, stay true to my aesthetic values \u200b\u200band my approach to moda, che avrà anche un ruolo rilevante nella presentazione delle collezioni. Questo è il mio primo evento in Italia, e penso davvero sia importante che io porti a Firenze, o almeno cerchi di catturare, l'essenza stessa di ciò che sono e di quello che faccio.

Il video è IMPRESSIONANTE per il livello qualitativo: abiti meravigliosi (finalmente qualcosa di nuovo), regia di Ruth Hogben , musiche dell'eclettico Matthew Stone , risultato? Un'opera d'arte dentro l'opera d'arte.

Ho immaginato il muoversi di corpi potenti e figure statuarie immersed in a heavenly atmosphere, with reference to the imaginary paradise.

Alla Triennale di Milano dal 18 gennaio al 20 marzo la mostra  Il cinema con il cappello. Borsalino e altre storie  è aperta gratuitamente al pubblico.  Un'esposizione che si propone come: 
l'esplorazione di un mito, un viaggio attraverso i linguaggi della contemporaneità, uno sguardo emozionale, ironico, nostalgico, poetico e trasgressivo, capace di creare ponte tra arte cinematografica e storia del costume

The exhibition leads the visitor through the history of the hat, which gave its name to the founder Giuseppe Borsalino, and homonymous open house in 1857 and is also a journey through the history of films that have made his Borsalino. Fiore all'occhiello è il documentario, in versione integrale e restaurata, di cinema industriale della ditta Borsalino del 1912, realizzato dal regista Luca Comerio: la fabbricazione del cappello viene introdotta da una fiction. Altra nota di merito è il  il concorso Al cinema con il cappello . Riservato ai giovani filmaker o videomaker rigorosamente under 35 , con scadenza il 12 Febbraio 2011 , il concorso prevede la realizzazione di un cortometraggio inedito, della durata di 5 minuti, collegato ad alcuni temi della mostra - cappello e comicità, cappello and eroticism, hat and identity.
